CPT, in downtown Forest City, Hawley and Dunmore provides
outpatient physical and occupational therapy services. All
facilities incorporate advanced "hands on" therapy techniques with
the benefits of therapeutic exercise. Founded in 1997 by Stephen
and Suzanne Atcavage, a husband and wife team, CPT has secured a
reputation of being an area leader in rehabilitation, with care
that is personalized and professional.
Our friendly staff is dedicated to providing a positive experience
for our clients. Problems ranging from sports medicine to balance
and vestibular dysfunction are included in our spectrum of care.
