Welcome to Comprehensive Physical Therapy!

Comprehensive Physical Therapy is an outpatient rehabilitation practice, offering both Physical and Occupational Therapy services. Stephen and Suzanne Atcavage, both physical therapists and a husband/wife team opened their first office at the Forest City location in 1997. They founded the practice with the goal of providing exceptional care and developing comprehensive, customized programs specific to each client's needs. By individualizing programs, results are maximized.

CPT has continued to grow since opening in 1997, with the addition of the Hawley office in 2001, the Dunmore office in 2005 and the Carbondale office in 2008. The team of therapists and support staff who make up CPT have perpetuated this growth. All bring diverse and complementary backgrounds with specialties spanning age groups from young to old, and a multitude of conditions. Furthermore, we are proud of the educational background of our therapists, including several Doctorate level physical therapists and an occupational therapist possessing a certificate in lymphedema therapy.
